Job Description
The Manager Sponsorship is responsible for developing and driving Qatar Airways global sponsorship strategy while ensuring that each sponsorship undertaken reaps the best possible returns. The sponsorship function will evaluate existing and new sponsorship opportunities which are in-line with the marketing objectives and strategies.
The successful candidate will set-up sponsorship execution plan with all involved internal and external stakeholders as well as plan the budget with the head of department. He/she must upgrade the effectiveness of the sponsorship section within the overall marketing department.
The candidate must have a degree in Marketing/ Sponsorship with at least 8 years experience in managing and executing International Sponsorships. The suitable candidate must have strong management skills, excellent agency management experience and effective negotiation skills. Ability to prepare business reviews and marketing plans are essential requirements of the role.
