Assistant Contract Manager

Our client, is a global technology leader for the aerospace, space, defence, security and transportation markets with operations in 50 countries and 68,000 employees is currently seeking to recruit Assistant Contracts Manager to be based in KSA. You will be directly reporting to the Contracts Manager.Your main job responsibilities would include Manage Contract Baseline (Scope, Specifications, Quantities, Completion time) draft and review of contract Baseline, List Deliverables, track Changes and variations in close coordination with the Program Manager. Contractual Communication, Documentation and Archiving. Implement aggressive Contractual Action under control of Program manager and in close coordination with Key Account Manager in Initiation of all contractual notifications to customers and Sub-contractors for deliverables, defaults, Initiation of claims for Extension of completion time (EoT) Initiation of Change Orders, claims, waivers in coordination with KAM, Initiation of claims for Idle time, Initiation of default notices to Customer or Sub-contractor, Initiation of actions to prevent Penalties (letters if customer delay any milestone, etc...) Manage Compliance of Contraction parties. Manage Disputes. Organize and Keep record of internal and external Meetings.Technical Competencies Contract Drafting. Analysis and Transfer risks of terms and conditions. Alternative Dispute Resolutions.
