Sales Administrator

Our client, specializing in diversified banking products, is currently seeking a Sales Administrator. Your main function would be processing sales order through sales cycle from generation of quotation until follow up of outstanding payments for Telecom and Payment departments which involves close cooperation with Sales and Finance Department.Your other job Responsibilities would include Generating customer quotations and preparing tender documents based on quotations from suppliers Issuing purchase orders Invoicing and following up on outstanding payments Managing order confirmation, bank guarantees, letter of credits, Incoterms, export Control Issues Confirming delivery dates, revision of Letter of Credits issued by the customer's banks and communicating amendments to the customers Issuing shipping documents (invoices, packing lists etc) and handling external export requirements such as legalization processes at the Chamber of Commerce and Embassies Assisting and attending to customer demands promptly on phone and in writing Handling of orders internally and externally (ERP system, suppliers, transporter, etc.) Monitoring customer's credit limits and collecting bank guaranties Conducting Contract Tender reviews with regards to contractual, technical, logistical and legal risks together with expert teams Liaising with sales, project management and the counterparts in other international subsidiaries Creating and maintaining general views on key performance indicators and project details Reporting of order project status according to defined reporting structure
