Job Description

The "Real Estate/Construction Legal Advisor" shall be in charge of (among other things) drafting, reviewing, negotiating and structuring of all types of real estate/property/ construction /development related deals, projects, contracts and agreements (in UAE and abroad). He/she would be involved in deals where RG can be a developer, investor, seller, purchaser, general/specialized contractor, subcontractor, consultant, project manager, an end-user or a mixture of this, that and the other.

The "Private Equity/Funds/Int’l Investments Legal Advisor" should have almost the same roles and exposures, as of the "Real Estate/Construction Legal Advisor". Although, the types of the transactions this time would be relevant to (among other things) private equity, funds, M&A and international investments (mainly globally). Again, RG would have different capacities in the relevant transactions.
