MBA and 20 plus years ideally in a bank/ financial institution or large automobile setup. Our client a large automobile dealership is looking at recruiting a dynamic professional with excellent experience in consumer finance, collections and credit in the Middle East region preferably. You will be responsible for managing the credit and collection operations nationwide. Oversee the credit operations team in terms of credit sanctioning and processing in line with policies and SOPs. Form and execute strategies to grow the credit business through the development of innovative products and programs whilst balancing risks and profitability. Carry out portfolio analytics to target profitable segments with creative and relevant CRM programs. Provide overall plans and guidance for national leasing and collections activities. Sets targets for and monitor achievements related to leasing contracts.
