Key Responsibilities & Skills:

1.      Initiates and facilitates the process of regularly reviewing the Bank's salaries and total compensation package  in comparison with industry norms, analyzing the data, highlighting trends and potential ‘hot spots’ and making recommendations to management to ensure the Bank is competitive in retaining and attracting the best talent available, and specialist skills when required, at an affordable cost. 

2.      Analyzes and evaluates job descriptions for senior management review and approval, plus administering the Bank's job evaluation program to ensure jobs are ranked consistently across the organization and aligned with compensation to ensure equity and fairness re. the Bank's compensation policy.

3.      Support in the development and administration of the Bank's performance management system including employee performance reviews, to enhance the performance management system.

4.      Ensure that organization charts are kept up to date through regular review with Division Heads and that they reflect and are in line with standard jobs

5. Identify user and HR related management information requirements and solutions to provide and enable better informed and improved decision making with respect to people and HR related matters  

6. Responsible for the HRD information system in conjunction with IT as required to ensure appropriate HR data management needs are met.

7.      Generate periodic reports and perform ad-hoc queries and data analysis as requested and in a timely manner in order to provide management with current and accurate information.
