| Job Description |
| Graduate with a degree in HR or related field and 7-10 years of quality experience in HR with at least 3-4 years in a managerial role. You will partner with the senior management to identify and develop strategic HR initiatives to support continued growth and develop specific performance objectives to align and support the needs of the business. This opportunity is for an experienced HR Generalist for a large trading organization based in UAE with operations in the GCC countries. You will be responsible for all areas of HR administration, including staffing, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits and training in a fast paced challenging environment. Responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and be aware of local employment laws. Candidates having previous work experience in a manufacturing industry preferred. To be considered for this position it is essential you are fluent in Arabic and English. UAE based candidates will be given preference. |
