Trainer:

Due to the continous growth of our client based in Dubai, they are now looking for a (retail) Trianer to help them improve and grow.

Trainer will be based at their Head Office in Dubai. The candidate needs to have a solid training background with the following criteria follows:

• 3-5 years experience in retail training, program development and presentation.
• Candidate must have worked in retail, understands retails and is passionate about Training and Development.
• As a minimum - Bachelors Degree in Education or Trainer The Trainer, Effective writing skills, Workplace Assessment and Competency Management.
• Has a good knowledge of global training trends – QTF (Quality Training Framework)

Upon successful selection, the candidate will be provided with:

• 3-4 months training in Operations (Store based).
• Further coaching in Training requirements and Needs Analysis.
• Challenging career path.
