Job Description

Electrician or Electrical Engineer , good command of english

Ability to manage and supervise technical facilities and technical subcontractors for maintenance, at minimum 3 years of professional experience in this field.

Working description and responsibility

Supervision of technical subcontractors, coordination and documentation of maintenance of tools according to the requirements of the manufacturer.

Operating of different technical systems like HVAC, UPS, Diesel Generator in cooperation with the maintenance company and the manufacturer.

Coordination with the Landlord

If needed act as a coordinator for project related activities such as modification of a technical system

Working in a team with reporting path to the Facility Mananger in Dubai.
