Coordination of work priorities and allocation for repair and maintenance, procurement, quality control

Build and develop the philosophy of the Help Desk, concentrating on budgets, staff resourcing and monitoring customer satisfaction on an ongoing basis

The development and management of staff, communicating with and motivating those who may be working remotely
