This is a position of an in-charge of the terminal at site who executes below accountabilities with direct supervision or through shift supervisors.
1) Administrative:
· Prepare monthly shift schedule for operating and supervisory staff.
· Prepare staff annual leave schedule.
· Arrange and optimize manpower utilization.
· Control overtime.
· Inspection of terminal facilities.
· Supervise subordinates and provide guidance/training where necessary.
· Operations material control.
· Daily operation update to direct report.
· Prepare and send daily update to TSC/ESTC/OM.
· Preparation of minutes – operations meetings.
2) Vessel:
· Review vessel acceptance for vetting.
· Liaison with ESTC/EPPCO Supply/Port/Berth users for early berth booking.
3) Product Movement:
- Coordination with ESTC/EPPCO supply for daily product receipt, vessel handling, storage or dispatch.
- Coordination with ESTC/EPPCO supply for product quality and quantity control.
- Control of operations for vessel discharging/loading products by ship or trucks ensuring product quality and quantity.
- Blending and confirming on spec product.
- Inter & Intra Tank product transfers.
- Review and approval of product out turns.
- Review daily stock position and variation.
- Control of returned product ensuring quality and quantity control including approval of RFRG.
4) QMS/EMS:
- Monitor all operations control documents as required by QAS.
- Entry and resolution of customer care system.
- Follow NCP & QR preparation.
- Prepare incident report and implement corrective action and recommendations.
- Initiate disciplinary action where corrective measures are required.
- Follow up product change over/management of change recommendations.
- Arrange training schedule as identified or scheduled.
- Auditee for internal and external audits.
- Implement audit comments or recommendations.
- Ensure safety procedure compliance and promoting safety culture.
- Arranging sampling and test report for truck wash water every quarter.
- Project support to E&C.
