Corporate Relationship Manager
Main role:
Responsible for the marketing of the Bank’s corporate products aimed at quality customer service and maximum contribution of the growth and profits of the Bank without exposing it to undue risk.
Principal accountabilities:
§ Formulates and implements on approval, marketing strategies required of the Corporate Banking section with the objective of maximising revenue/yield and quality assets. Prepares annual sales plan and budgets for the corporate products and implements the same on approval.
§ Responsible for credit risk assessment , structuring, negotiating, maintaining criteria for sanction and advising corporate customers on strategy, structure and business proposals.
§ Prepares proposals for credit limits/excesses for approval. Ensures timely completion of offer letter, facilitates acceptance and other formalities for securing the interest of the Bank.
§ Monitors the use of facilities granted to customers in order to find out utilisation and delinquency trends.
§ Ensures timely and accurate submission of reports and returns to the Management for decision making and review and to regulatory agencies as required.
§ Monitors the unutilised accounts in order to explore reasons for not utilising facilities by personal follow-up.
§ Maintains relationships with the corporate customers for draw down and utilisation of limits.
Personnel Specifications:
Essential
§ Professional qualifications in Accountancy / Finance.
§ Over ten years experience in a leading commercial bank with at least 3 years experience in a similar position.
§ Good communication , presentation and negotiation skills
§ Excellent marketing and analytical skills.
§ Good inter-personal skills.
Desirable
§ Knowledge of Arabic.
