Key Responsibilities (Job role, activities, scope, budget & people responsibilities etc)

·         Recruit, train and develop a professional team of analysts.

·         Help Implement new Revenue Assurance system.

·         Lead team that will run the revenue assurance systems once operational.

·         Ensure there is a close and professional relationship with other departments.

·         Develop and maintain a professional and effective customer facing response strategy with our customers.

·         Ensure department, once operational, maintains objectives and KPIs to the Company’s guidelines.

·         Ensure Finance processes are industry standard.

·         Develop LWI’s ( Local Work Instructions).

·         Managing Revenue Assurance Application.

·         Ensure proper implementation for the Revenue Assurance System.

·         Manage operations for the Revenue Assurance System.

·         Responsible for producing the dash bound and the KPI for the Revenue Assurance Section.

·         Conduct proper training on the Revenue Assurance System.

Candidate Skill Set (Technical, Experience, Education etc)

Mandatory

1.      Must have worked in an ever changing environment.

2.      Must have demonstrated leadership skills in a large organisation.

3.      Must be level-headed and practical to problem resolution.

4.      Telecoms experience.

5.      Revenue Assurance System "hands on" experience.
