Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures (including billing and collections policies) and ensure compliance.           

·         Study and investigate financial regulations.

·         Ensure Op Cos compliance with financial policies and procedures.

·         Define financial systems requirements.

·         Define and distribute exact financial definitions. E.g. ARPU, Revenue

·         Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the trends and best practices in the respective function/ business.

·         Support the Group to accomplish functional synergies and to enhance corporate performance and efficiency.   

·         Monitor, review and follow up on the performance and competence of the functional team, as applicable.

·         Provide inputs to the preparation of the financial and manpower budget for the area of responsibility.
