Key Responsibilities & Skills:

1.      Develop statutorily robust investment products by working closely with the Legal & Compliance group during the fund structuring process.

2.      Manage & develop relationships with external counterparties & regulators.

3.      Maintain effective working relationships with key distribution channels & other important stake holders within the group to ensure business flow is up to standard.

4.      Train the distribution channel/Private Bankers on all new funds.

5.      Develop strong product reporting system & maintain/upgrade financial models for group use in line with global standards.

6.      Develop fund marketing material & training presentations.

7.      Perform fund mapping & illustrations for new business/fund opportunities.

8.      Liaise with internal sales forces to avail competitive & sought after products.

9.      Review every day work done by analysts & coach them on business issues, provide appropriate feedback and resources and initiate corrective action when necessary.
