Contract Term: 1 Year
You will:
Be responsible for delivering solution(s) for existing and new identified gaps related to Oracle HRMS (R12) modules across departments.
Works closely in high coordination with IT and Business Support Team Members to establish the requirement/gap and implement the solution
Coordinate with Business users to set the requirements and map them to Oracle HRMS modules functionality. - System Analysis, Gap Analysis, Requirement Study, creating functional and technical design documents ( MD 50 and MD 70) , Test Plan (TE20 and TE40)
Be accountable for the automation of business processes / enhancement of existing workflows using Oracle Approval Management Engine(AME) and/or Oracle Workflow Components
Develop and implement technical solutions e.g. Alerts (Periodic and Event-based), stored procedures using PL/SQL, custom reports, customization of seeded report(s), data migration/conversion etc. to address business requirements
Be responsible for the personalization of Oracle Application (OA) framework applications (SSHR Modules)
Develop and implement SQL queries & PL/SQL procedures and functions for validation of business rules
Coordinate with Oracle, business and IT Support teams to fix existing bug(s) within Oracle HRMS suite
Enhance the existing interfaces by developing new interfaces for Oracle HRMS modules in order to integrate the business applications of my client
Enhancing and or Implementing any new tool /module of Oracle HRMS suite
Undertake any other work related to HRMS modules as and when required by the business
Your Qualifications and Experience:
Must have a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering Or Business or equivalent ( BE/ B Tech/MCA etc.)
Must have core and relevant 4-6 years experience in Oracle HRMS modules and should have completed at least 2 end to end implementations of Oracle HRMS modules
Should be a techno functional consultant ( e.g. a combination of 60% technical and 40% functional Or 70% technical and 30% functional )
Should posses excellent knowledge of Oracle HRMS R12 modules
Should be very strong in SQL,PL/SQL,Forms, Reports ,Workflow Builder, SSHR and Fast Formula
Hands on experience with Oracle HRMS Conversion and Interfaces
Must have proven knowledge in Oracle Application Framework ( OAF) , AME (Approval manager Engine)
Very good knowledge of HR related business processes
Solid understanding of integrating Oracle HRMS modules with other modules of Oracle EBS.
Superb communication skills
Must have worked in a diverse work environment, preferably within the Middle East
