Cranes Operation:

§  Load material on cranes and forklifts.

Internal Signals:

§  Giving internal signals to Heavy Equipment Operator to start transporting, to ensure compliance with safety procedures.

Workplace Safety:

§  Ensures proper care in the use of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.

Equipment Inspections:

§  Performs routine inspection and maintenance on rigging equipment such as slim belts, slim belt wires, shackles, and chain blocks. 

Policies & Procedures:

§  Follow all relevant operational procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Safety, Quality & Environment:

§  Follow all relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions so that personal safety/the safety of others is not jeopardised and a minimum level of product/service quality and environmental impact can be guaranteed.
