| Job Description |
Responsibilities
- Manage all spheres of Contracts between PLL and Client & PLL and subcontractors,
- Contract Interpretation,
- Preparation of Variations,
- Claims and dispute resolution procedures,
- Identifying claims from inception,
- Substantiation of claims,
- Claim statement preparations,
- Preparation of Variations,
- Preparation of Briefs for Regional Contracts Head for lawyers opinions / Senior Counsel.
- Preparation of documents for arbitration to close and resolve claims,
- Implementation of Contract Monitoring System at site.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): FIDIC.
- At least 12 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants should hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably specializing in Commercial/Contracts or equivalent.
