Job Description

Key Accountabilities

Timely execute HVAC works as per the specification and requirements of the consultant or customer, in a satisfactionary manner
Proper coordination with workshop and warehouse
Supervise foreman activities
Plan, deploy and contract resources for the projects
Submit and obtain approval for all materials needed for projects
Co-ordinate with procurement engineers to ensure that materials are purchased and delivered on time.
Achieve at least the budgeted gross margin for all handled projects
Prepare and submit shop drawings for HVAC works

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required

Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
3 to 5 years experience in HVAC, DX and chilled water works
Capable of and experienced in managing projects
Excellent communication skills
Team player
Familiar in Microsoft Office Applications
Gulf experience is a plus
