New HR Manager position - Work with world class senior management team - FMCG experience or multinational company HR experience essential - Fast Paced & High Energy environment.

Up to 38000 AED monthly all inclusive + bonus + medical + school fees + long term incentive share plan

Equivalent c80,000 UK Pounds tax free or cUSD$120,000 Tax Free + bonus + medical + school fees + long term incentive share plan

Reporting to the General Manager along with functional line into Group Human Resource Director you will be responsible for implementing HR programmes across the business that will accelerate the growth of the region. As part of the management team you will assist in re-engineering the business with HR policies and procedures that will drive the performance of this FMCG organisation. Specifically this will include divisional responsibility for Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Performance Management and Recruitment. Furthermore, you will work across multiple locations and use your outstanding interpersonal skills to win the hearts minds of stakeholders at all levels. This is a fast paced environment that requires an energetic HR professional with the mindset of joining a world class management team. You will also be responsible fro developing your own HR and Administration team of 9 manage a team of up to 9 full time HR & Administration

You are either a Western expatriate or Arabic speaker who has worked for a FMCG or world class multinational organisation with a track record for delivering HR tools, systems and processes that achieve genuine results. Most importantly you possess natural high levels of energy and enthusiasm along with ability and desire to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. You are articulate and looking for an opportunity that allows you to fully utilise your technical and interpersonal skills. Middle East / GCC experience preferred.
