Personal Assistant to the CEO

Job Description

A challenging and rewarding role, your task will be to maximize the productivity of the CEOs time, taking on the responsibility of proactively delegating workload and responding on behalf of the CEO.

 

The candidate will receive and access all incoming emails, telephone calls, correspondence and should be able to decisively react to such without consultation with the CEO. Diary management, organizing extensive travel arrangements including relevant visa requirements and dealing with the CEO’s private office are par for the course.

 

Your PA skills will include the ability to produce highly accomplished correspondence and presentations and be able to establish and maintain good working relationships with the Senior Management team and interact with other direct reports in a mature and professional manner.

 

With sound commercial acumen, you will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of business administration, ideally with international exposure. The successful candidate will be a true professional and have strong administration, verbal and written communication skills in English (French is a definite asset).

 

A solid secretarial background having no less than 7 years experience in MS Office is also required.

 

This is a key role within the organization carrying significant responsibility therefore it is essential that you have a minimum of 7 years of high level similar PA experience.

 

The position is available from mid February through until the end of September 2010.
