Our client, a leading UAE distributor operation, currently seeks a Hypermarkets Manager to join their expanding regional team. 

Based in Dubai, reporting to the Hypermarkets National Account Manager, you will manage a business worth over 25 million dollars per annum covering the entire Dubai and Northern Emirates.  You will manage the largest accounts in the region with a focus on Carrefour, which is the leading volume, value and profitability account and the biggest business focus area.  This is a fully fledged key account management role where you will manage all sales fundamentals, client facing, joint business planning, promotional management, budget management and new product launches.  You will manage the product forecasting process, availability and customer service and work multi-functionally with supply, marketing and finance to manage the growth plans within your account. 

As the ideal candidate, there are a few must haves.  You must be currently working in a leading GCC FMCG distributor in a sales role.  You will be aged between 26 to 40 years old, here the ideal experience is someone with modern trade/key accounts experience, and those with prior experience handling the Carrefour business will be at a strong advantage.  In this role a fluent Arabic/French speaker would be preferred, although all nationalities are invited to apply.  You will be degree educated, a hungry salesman who leads by example and is someone that rolls up their sleeves and shows how to make things happen.  You will have excellent communication skills and will be able to win the respect of your team and inspire them to achieve great results.
