Job Description

1.              To prepare financial reports for senior management review and analyse insurance coverage, taxes, real estate holdings and other Company assets

 

2.              To follow the progress of investments in order to make recommendations for the determination of optimum investment strategies.

 

3.              To conduct comprehensive analyses of potential joint ventures and quantify risk/return relationships for new ventures

 

4.              To analyse organisations debt load, arrange credit lines and make recommendations for structuring and refinancing alternatives with banks and other lending institutions

 

5.              To develop quantitative reports for presentation to senior management, board of directors and shareholders

 

6.              To benchmark Company financial performance data and make recommendations

 

7.              To conduct commercial analysis of activities in local/area markets and gather and analyse business information from competitors

 

8.              To supervise and coordinate a financial analysis team

 

9.              To analyse financial information to forecast business, industry and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions

Essential:

·               A Bachelors Degree in relevant discipline

·               Financial Risk Analysis

·               Team Leadership

·               Microsoft applications

·              6 to 8 years work experience as an General Accountant

·               Age between 27 to 35 years.

·               Professional in Excel and Knowledge of ERP is a Plus.

·               Knowledge of IFRS(International Financial Reporting Standard)

·               Chartered Financial Analyst
