| Job Description |
| MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To visualize, develop, plan, manage and execute the processes for the development, structure and growth of the business unit in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
JOB OBJECTIVES
1. To develop and review policy, procedures and processes for the management of the business unit.
2. To build and develop relationships both internal and external to facilitate the supply and maintenance of parts and equipment.
3. To manage the identification and response to tenders and requests for supply of parts and equipment for Company and external customers.
4. To develop and manage annual budget for service and spare parts.
5. To understand and develop Kuwait market and others to identify new opportunities for growth and supply.
6. To interview and select new employees and develop plans for career progression and appraisal of individuals.
7. To create a business culture within the business unit of ownership, professionalism and outstanding service representing key values of the unit.
8. To communicate and develop relationships with suppliers to set the systems and interaction between company and principals.
SAFETY AND QUALITY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety & Environment Management System requirements.
· Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace.
· Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements
