Job Description

The successful candidate must be a  Post graduate in Human Resources Management with  at least 8 to 10 years of generalist HR experience in a Multinational Project based organization out of which at least 5 years should have been  in a HR Manager role. Should be versatile and able to manage the entire gamut of HR functions specifically including but not limited to the following:

 

·   Oversee Recruitment activities which includes identifying suitable agencies, issuing  contracts, coordinating with the selected candidates, ensuring timely issuance of visas etc.

·  Should be familiar with the KSA labour laws and the local visa procedures.

·   Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

·   Should be able to liaise with  government  organizations and build good rapport  with them.

·   Should be familiar with the local Healthcare insurance schemes, GOSI, Workmen’s compensation etc.

·   Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

·   General HR administration including managing the international recruitment process.

·   Maintain an updated personal record of employees  at all times.

·   Develop HR policies & procedures.

·   Supervise tasks , motivate and develop staff.

·    Above all  the ideal person would have a pleasant personality, cool temperament with good interpersonal and communication skills.
