Job Description

Sales Manager – Building Design

Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

The Design Division of a leading group of construction companies based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is seeking a qualified and motivated senior sales professional with a background  in Building Design & Engineering Sales (Residential, Commercial, Education, Health care projects) in the Saudi Arabian market.



The ideal candidate will have the following attributes and experience:

·        Demonstrable success as an individual contributor in previous roles, with a strong track record of generating new business

·        Proven ability to develop and maintain an actual network of relationships at the most senior levels throughout the region with the target account groups.

·        The ability to create, build and further develop strategic alliances with 3rd parties in order to create the most effective solution for the end customer.

·        Be well established in the region, and with strong international experience. Candidates MUST have excellent experience of sales within Saudi Arabia

·        Strong influencer and bridge builder


Main Responsibilities:

·        Ability to interface at the highest levels within organizations with a strong consultative approach.

·        Perform all administrative sales tasks starting at opportunity identification up to contract signature.

Qualifications & Experience:

·        B.Sc degree in Engineering (Architectural or Civil) or higher degree is must (MBA is a plus)

·        Preferable 5 years or more of sales experience in a Consultant Organization

·        Ability to understand customer's business interests and constraints

·        Commercial and Technical skills in all types of building design and engineering environment

·        Fluent communication in both oral and written English
