• Manages the full project life cycle from conception to completion, including project planning; project monitoring, tracking, and status reporting; and post project reviews.
• Serves as the key contact and communications point with the customer for the project.
• Review project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects
• Responsible for ensuring the installations are implemented on time, on budget, and delivered to scope by maintaining tight control over the project.
• Responsible for ensuring multiple site installations
• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget

Requirements

• Bachelors and/or Masters degree(s) in Electronics and Communications Engineering is strongly required
• Minimum of three years project management experience in a high technology environment (Parking Industry).
• Experience with the planning, design and deployment of projects – Parking Management Systems.
• Prior experience with implementation of automated parking equipment preferred
• Excellent in English: verbal, written, computer, organizational and presentations skills.
  
• Arabic language is a plus.
• Must be detail-oriented and extremely well organized.
• Thorough working knowledge of project management processes, methodologies and their direct application / implementation to technology projects.
• Must possess strong project and people management skills; ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Project for planning and controlling project timelines\resources.
• Must be able to work flexible hours to accommodate clients’ schedules.
• Familiarity with marketing and business development activities is a plus
