Key Responsibilities & Skills:

1)   Set, develop & implement sales strategy.

2)Manages the sales pipeline and oversees the conversion rate to achieve the sales targets.

3)  Develops sales objectives for sales team key Managers and oversees development of key sales employees.

4) Monitors performance of the Sales team with the objective of meeting the budget and developing the strategic customer base in Kuwait.

5)Mentors and coaches the sales team to achieve effective sales management.

6)Adequate planning of Sales resources for systematic utilization in various sales leads and projects.

7)Establishes sales policies, procedures, selling guidelines, and reporting to support the sales team in achieving best results.

8)Engages with the regional team for inter-country account development and leads.

 9)Focuses on the business development of key market sectors and specialized logistics services.

10)  Any other related duties / projects assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time to meet the business exigencies

Experience Required:

-10-15 years of experience in the related field, minimum 7 years in a Managerial position heading a team.

-Preferably in providing supply chain solutions
