Job Description

Coordinate and provide specified support to other Departments and Managers

Responsible for maintaining the daily attendance for all office staff and processing the same into the system.

Update continuously the lists of Equipments, Tools and Vehicles on each site as well as the General Equipment and Tools list of the Company.

Control the Stock & Assets on sites and main stores at the end of each month and analyse the discrepancies, if any.

Update and control the calibration of equipments on all sites and their respective documents / records.

In charge of Training all new and existing storekeepers on the different aspects of their duties.

Responsible for the disposal of damaged assets after processing their book value and depreciation time and obtaining the approval from the responsible authorities.

Manage and supervise all the staff and the affairs of the Administration Department so as to ensure all work is carried out appropriately.

     Academic qualifications preferably MBA from a reputed university / Masters Degree or equivalent.

Should have 8-10 years relevant experience in Administration /Human Resources, preferably within the Contracting, Civil & Maintenance Sector. Gulf experience is an advantage.

Should have excellent communication capabilities in Arabic & English.

Would have managed / administered for an employee strength of 2000 plus employees.

Directs, oversees and coordinates all corporate administrative matters.
