• Prepares quotations and pro forma invoices for the exporting customers.
• Prepares order form for production upon receipt of purchase order from the clients.
• Prepares and coordinates with accounts department on the documentation for delivery.
• Coordinates with logistics department for importations documentation and clearances.
• Maintains proper tracking system for the files.

Candidate should be a degree educated with relevant experience in a similar role; excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to work in this dynamic environment. It is vital that the candidate is proficient in MS.Office application and has excellent communication skills in English,written and spoken. Ability to work under pressure is a must.
