Job Profile:

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure all types of service support/ KPI monitoring.
• Provides technical support to distributors pertaining to AV/ HA products across SGE region.
• Should be aware of troubleshooting techniques, maintenance procedures and customer handling.
• Should have analytical approach and well versed with Home appliance’s technical details. Through knowledge of basic circuitry is essential.

General Responsibilities

• Report to Manager SGE CS with all relevant documents and reports as and when required

Candidate Profile:

• A Graduate Engineer or Diploma Engineer with 2 ~8 years experience.
• Fluent with writing/ speaking English.
• Preferably an Indian (age 22 ~ 30 yrs).
• Hands on experience of some reputed company’s HA /AV service support.
• The candidate shall be presentable and possess a professional attitude
• Expert computer knowledge (Excel, Word and power point)
• Experience in Middle East markets is an advantage
• Strong quantitative background with an excellent understanding of the issues and processes required to deliver high quality results
• Should be ready to travel as and when required.
