| Job Description |
| Assist in obtaining and adhering to procedures in compliance with facilities covenants and regulatory requirements.
Communicate with banks on daily basis to ensure bilateral business understandings
Assist in the development and implementation of effective facilities covenants
Safeguard existing facilities covenants terms and conditions to ensure full compliance
Maintain and keep required documents to facilitate business transactions
Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly bank positions.
Computation of bank interest income and expense and booking of the monthly related entries.
Ensure effective and efficient administration of the Company funds |
