Job Description

Provide legal advice on complex project, corporate related agreements, and other commercial documents
Investigate, negotiate and legally advise UDC concerning legal disputes and claims
Assist the head of legal department in the Management and administration of the UDC legal department
Liaison with government and regulatory agencies as UDC’s legal representative in al relate industry issues
Provide all other types of legal services to UDC
