Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma (Mech), CSWIP 3.1, ASNT Level II in VT, MT, PT, RT and  UT.

Nos. of years of experience: 5-15 yrs

Experience :

The candidate should have worked on refinery/ petrochemical / oil and gas plants project sites in QA/QC field, preferably as Third Party Inspector or clients representative. The candidate should have in depth inspection experience for static vessels including review of ITP, receipt inspection, review of manufacturers QC documents for the items, safe storage and monitor preservation of equipment, installation inspection including of internals, inspection of accessories fittings on equipment, level check of equipment after installation, punch listing, pre commission inspection etc. Shall have a demonstrated background and thorough knowledge of codes such as ANSI B 31.3, 31.4 and 31.8, ASME Section I, V, VIII and IX, API 510, 570, 620 and 650, AWS D1.1, required for the execution of the Work.  Shall demonstrated knowledge on all types of inspection equipment such as inspections that require the use of calipers, micrometers, infrared camera, boroscope, pit gauges etc.
