- Organize and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within the career development section is carried out in an efficient manner, according to the procedures and policies

- Responsible for Implementing and supervising Career Plans

- Build up a relationship with training and development departments within the internally and externally

- Manage the development and implementation of the organization's career development policies, procedures and programs

- Advise employees in the career development programs

- Monitors the external environment (local and regional market, competitors) to ensure the range of Company compensation and benefits package are competitive.

- evaluate the performance of staff

- Analyze training needs in order to implement training programs.

Skills

- Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent

- Minimum 7 years related experience.

- Knowledge of performance management and organizational development concepts, policies, practices and procedures.

- Experience in employee retention programs.

- Knowledge of UAE labor law and regulations.

- Ability to multitask.

- Strong leadership skills.

- Proficient in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in the use of standard word processing software applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

- Proficient in the use of email and the Internet.
