Qualifications:

Degree/ Diploma (Mechanical), CSWIP 3.1 or AWS - CWI, ASNT Level II in  MT, PT, RT and UT.

Nos. of years of experience: 5-15 yrs

Experience :

Should have worked on refinery/ Petrochemical /oil and gas plants project sites in QA/QC field, preferably as TPI or clients representative. Should have experience in welding inspection including review of ITP/WPS/PQR/WPQ/MTR, witness and certification of welding procedures and welders qualification tests, witness of laboratory mechanical tests, inspection during fabrication such as bevel preparation, fit up, welding parameters monitoring, usage of approved electrodes, WPS, welders etc, final weld inspection, review of RT films and other NDT reports, monitoring welders rejection rate, review of PWHT reports and charts etc. Shall also have plant piping inspection experience including punch listing, review of test pack, reinstatement etc. etc.
