| Job Description |
| BASIC FUNCTION:
1. Supervises the installation, maintenance, repair and testing of a wide range of electrical equipment (including LV, MV and EHV) generators, motors, transformers, cables, control panels, power distribution system including modern microprocessor based protection relays, Integrated Protection and Control Systems and associated switchgear in the plant.
2. Monitors work execution and provides guidance to ensure conformity to statutory and Company regulations.
3. Deals personally with more complex maintenance and participates in shutdown and turnaround maintenance and planning activities.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
1. Completion of Technical Secondary education followed by 2 years Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
2. 8 years experience in the installation, repair, testing and maintenance of a wide range of electrical equipment, preferably in an oil/gas or petrochemical industry.
3. Fair knowledge of English |
