Sales & Marketing Tendering Manager – Hydro – India

Key Responsibilities:

·         Management of tender preparation process for new Large Hydro projects.

·         The coordination with various departments (Engineering, Supply Management, PM & FS, Finance etc) to achieve time schedule & competitiveness.

·         Commercial tender preparation including compiling of technical offerings.

·         Costing and obtaining approval.

·         Pre-bid & Post bid clarification/discussion with customer.

·         Maintaining database on price bid opening results, competitive comparisons etc.

·         Updating of market information and Project details.

·         Handover of Projects won to handover phase (for execution)

Candidate Experience:

·         BE (Electrical or Mechanical) or similar.

·         Tendering / Proposal preparation experience.

·         5 + years of Hydro experience.

·         Knowledge of Complete Power Plants (Hydro or Thermal).

·         Commercial experience of Costing & Taxation.
