Job Description

 

Egyptian Residents WILL ONLY BE VIEWED FOR THIS POST

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercial Activities

1.     Responsible for achieving assigned indoor sales targets.

2.     Conducts interviews and answer inquiries as well as actively recruits students

3.     Serves as information point for the programs offered.

4.     Assists the Business Manager in corporate offers.

5.     Does products’ presentation when required.

6.     Follows up on leads in order to maximize the possibility of converting leads into customers.

7.     Maintains conversion ratios set by Commercial Department.

Operational Activities

1.     Ensures each student receives outstanding service by providing students friendly environment, maintaining outstanding standards, solid technical knowledge and all other components of student service.

2.     Sets class schedules; updates schedules to reflect cancellations, reschedules, additions, and/or modifications of classes in coordination with the Operations Department.

3.     Under the supervision of the BM, recruits and train instructors, follows up with instructors, assigns instructors to classes, and calculates instructors’ fees.

4.     Explains policies and procedures to students and their employers; oversees compliance with Morgan’s policies.

5.     Serves as liaison between office, tutors, and/or regional office in all aspects of the delivery of curriculum and related materials.

6.     Prepares memos and letters (Welcoming letters, errata, etc.) to be distributed inside the class to students.

7.     Forwards memos from the regional office to students and instructors when required.

8.     Ensure passing rate enhancement.

9.     Ensure proper follow up on students’ homework, attendance, and complaints.

Marketing Activities

1.     Under the supervision of the BM, places order of marketing materials and classroom materials before start of program.

2.     Keeps track of marketing materials

3.     Ensure proper display of marketing materials in the office (Banners, Brochures, etc…).

4.     Coordinates and prepares seminars and conferences

5.     Compiles monthly statistics and data entry to the regional office.

6.     Gathers, enters, and/or updates data to maintain students and visitors’ records and databases, as appropriate.

7.     Conducts competitive analysis with respect to their products.

8.     Collect testimonials from previous students.

9.     Provides inputs to the marketing budget and plan with respect to his/her product to ensure leads’ generation and market share growth.

Business Development Activities

1.     Coordinates and support in launching particular projects (If applicable).

HR Activities

1.     Acts as substitute for other Program Specialists when required.

2.     Adheres to all company policies and procedures.

Reporting

1.     Ensures proper, accurate and timely reporting to the BM as well as to various departments in the RO depending on the type of request.

Miscellaneous Activities

1.     Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
