Role:

-    Monitoring and reporting on performance (financial and non-financial) against industry peers

-    Updating short and long-term forecasts to reflect market changes

-    Coordinating periodic reviews / appraisals alongside Head of Business Evaluation

-    Completing industry commentaries and presentations for the CFO and CEO reports

-    Creating, reviewing and maintaining transaction models for fund raising

-    Evaluating cash stream and leverage options for the industry peers

-    Tracking actual and forecasts against industry peers

-    Stress testing and Value at Risk analysis

-    Establishing industry per group analysis framework and systems

-   The role requires day to day complex analysis to deliver results and meet the objectives of competing work priorities. 

-   Critical to the role is to ensure delivery of value adding support services and commercial advice, often making decisions based on limited information.

Qualifications and Skills:

-    Candidate should be an MBA graduate / Qualified Management / Financial Accountant / Investment Analyst

-    Should have significant (10 -15 years) senior leadership experience in financial and metals industry strategic planning, business analysis, modelling, and general management

-    The candidate should be highly developed in interpersonal, organisation (time management), conflict resolution and negotiation skills.  

-    Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

-    Strong PowerPoint computing skills.
