Mission:
Provide armed static security for the U.S. Army Central Command (ARCENT). Guarding pre-positioned war material for ARCENT, USCENTCOM, SOCCENT and ISG. Duties include gate entry control, roving patrols, perimeter, tower security and mobile security as necessary. Guards will be armed with a M16 rifle and a 9mm pistol.

Medical coverage will be provided while assigned overseas.

Position Requirements:
Must be at least 22 years of age and able to obtain a secret clearance (if necessary).
Experience in security, civilian law enforcement (police officer, corrections officer)preferred,not required.
Employment Requirements:
Must be a U.S. citizen; pass a background check to include credit and criminal records; pass a medical examination, drug screen, M16 and 9mm qualification, and a physical agility test; be able to obtain a valid U.S. civilian passport.

Qualifications:
U.S. Citizen and be at least 22 years of age.
Pass a standard physical fitness, medical examination and drug screening.
Ability to obtain U.S. Government security clearance (if required) and valid U.S. passport.
Pass weapons qualification on a 9mm pistol and a M16 rifle.
Walking guard under all types of weather and terrain conditions.
Pursuit of intruders over rough and hazardous terrain, around structures, or over low obstacles.
Initiation of immediate actions in emergency situations; such as fire, theft, accidents, sabotage, explosions and natural disaster.
