| Job Description |
The main drivers of this role are to formulate and implement company HR policy and procedure. Design, develop and monitor job descriptions and employee handbook, administer performance management protocols and training programs.
This is a strategic and operational HR role, you will be responsible for dealing with employee relations, succession planning, induction, training programs, reviewing and updating company HR procedures and policy. You will be responsible for managing a small team , offering coaching and guidance to employees. Collation of reports and presentation of data to key stakeholders.
This role requires a candidate who has excellent influencing skills, proactive, and dynamic, you will need to have a retail background of at least 3 years + in a HR Management role. HR Management qualification is essential.
