My client is looking for a Business Process Improvement Director (BPI) to work here in Qatar, Doha.

One of the largest employers in Qatar that is focused on making a positive difference to the country and region as a whole.

As the BPI Director you will look at the current process and bring about change. You will plan and implement sustainable quality and perpetual improvement systems and culture with the organisation.

You will;

With respect to work strategies and objectives you will be charged with streamlining opportunities and eliminate waste within the business.

Coordinate with the Vice Presidents and senior Board Directors

Develop and implement a Business Process Improvement Plan across the organisation

Decide with top management the business areas that require improvement

Produce realistic timescales for improvement projects to work towards also deciding on the improvement projects their scope and deliverables

Advise on team operational models, process and appropriate tools

Provide periodic reports on how the BPI projects are progressing

University Degree in Business Administration or Business Process Improvement

Minimum 10 years experience in this field

The ability to develop and provide Process Improvements across multiple business areas

A strong working knowledge of Business Management Systems or Quality Management Systems

Strong work experience from large corporations within the UK
