DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and maintain Master Schedule for multi contract multi site programs of work. Prepare and maintain monthly cash flow for various programs. Forecast cost to complete for all contracts on a monthly base. Coordinate and collect information from third party consultants and contractors to prepare weekly and monthly reports. Participate in detailed review of contractors estimates as to budget and schedule. Participate in regional project reviews. Support project team in claims avoidance and claims management. Prepare staffing and resource reports. Integrate third party schedules into master schedule.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum of 15 years relevant experience as a Planning Engineer or Scheduler involving on major roads, highways, infrastructure projects. The emphasis on Planning and Scheduling functionality is very much required. Should have extensive experience in monitoring and schedule control of projects, resource analysis, etc. Excellent planning skills, well-versed in scheduling software such as Primavera (P6), Microsoft Project and MS Excel.
