Job Description

-Responsibility for the departmental accounting functional activities in line with the company policies and procedure.

-Maintain efficient coordination with Menu Development department for recipe and menu finalization.

-Attend Airline meal presentations and check food item specifications and weight as required.

-Should be able to review menu component cost and work out meal selling price, propose selling price based on established comparatives, historical data, mark-up and budgeted ratios and margins.

-Ensure cost validations of all products are carried out in coordination with costing team precise to a product.

-Monitor day to day fluctuations and compare quotes. Ensure data and price structures are regularly updated according to current market forces and advise any price review.

-Assist Costing and Pricing Manager in preparing, maintaining and updating Airline Catering Services agreements discussing and negotiating of menu rates and other related services.

-Maintain strictly confidentiality and integrity of all price data.
