Objective:

- To lead, facilitate and guide the development and enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) concept, framework, processes and corporate wide strategies;

- To develop policies, procedures, and work instructions corporate wide related to Strategic Risks, Financial Risks, Operational Risks, Hazard Risks, Construction Risk, Reporting Risks and Compliance Risks;

- Setting systems to forecast and mitigate/avoid risks to the corporate business and assets;

- To place insurance programs corporate wide including for construction phase, operations, etc…

Reporting to : VP Finance

Required Qualifications:

University qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Engineering

A further recognised postgraduate (e.g. MBA), accountancy or banking qualification, is preferable.

Previous experience : 5-10 years of Treasury, Investment and/or Program, Project Management experience in relation to Risk Management; of which at least the last 3 years have been in Managerial position undertaking similar type of duties in a well reputed large project oriented organization/bank/financial institution.

Specialist knowledge : Experience with using spreadsheet applications (e.g. Excel), market information systems (e.g. Reuters), treasury workstations or similar management information systems and decision support analytical tools.
