3.      Counsels the corporate client’s on efficient routes, lowest available fares and providing optimum customer service Excellent communication skills and good customer service skills

4.      Gets all the necessary information for the passengers to make their bookings.

5.      Design & costing of  ticket itinerary and other Holidays products

6.      Regularly get in touch with the service providers / airlines/ Hotels to ensure smooth operation

7.      Handles Reservations – tickets / Hotels and ground handling requirements

8.      Maintains and updates customer profiles and database.

9.      Attends the telephone calls received.

10.   Monitors and achieves the individual target set by the company.

11.  Follows up reservations and bookings with the clients before travel and get the feedback after.

12.  Offers and promotes different products to the clients in aim to sell them.

13.  Follows up with the clients for any special requirements

14.  Follows up the payment for the products issued

15.  Come up with new ideas and suggestions wherever necessary in the interest of the company.
