We are looking for someone with previous GCC recruitment administration experience in either in-house or agency, ideally Engineering or Construction. Your experience should include strong office administration and computer skills. Excellent English language & grammer skills are a primary requirement.

The responsibilities include managing the complete candidate interface, from reformatting of CV’s through to setting interviews and checking of degrees, certifications and references.

To be successful in this team you will have been involved in and enjoy end-to-end recruitment, from assisting to create attractive adverts, choosing the best job boards for placements, right through to helping candidates through the final decision-making process to job acceptance and relocation.  The candidates we are sourcing are the best in their field & bring their families to join us from all over the world, so it means you need to enjoy working with people.

A degree or related diploma will be highly regarded.
