Job Profile:

§         To deliver against team-based objectives and revenue targets

§         Ensuring that each distributor is allocated a the correct level of resource

§         Providing of accurate and timely reports as required by management team

§         Conducting market trend analysis and working closely with the distributor team to develop plans to overcome potential issues

§         Initially the focus will be on UAE, to be extended to GCC countries eventually

Candidate Profile:

§         A track record of success within Dubai is essential

§         3 to 5 years experience in ‘distributor  management’ with a principal company  within a consumer electronics environment

§         Demonstrable sales focus; proven sales track record

§         Excellent quantitative aptitude, commercial acumen

§         Good PC skills- Excel., PowerPoint

§         Good persuasion skills, assertive nature

Specific Knowledge:

§         MBA in Marketing

§         Extensive sales thinking and pro-active / consultative sales approach

§         Strong customer orientation

§         Self starter being able to work under minimum supervision

§         Initiative and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment

§         Determined, flexible and creative personality
