Position Objective:

Under the guidance of the QA/QC Engineer on site coordination, preparation, implementation, documentation, maintenance and development of the QA/QC plan and procedure for the project in line with the Quality Policy and ISP 9002 standards, by performing the following tasks:

Principal Responsibilities / Duties:

·            Ensure the implementation of Quality Management systems on project site

·            Responsible for quality assurance, control and improvement at site

·            Assist the team regarding safety procedures approval and implementation.

·            Ensure the implementation of a systematic QA/QC procedure, proposing amendments and alternatives to improve Quality systems. Assists educate and inform the site supervisors of the method statement and programs related to Quality Management.

·            Conduct regular inspection and ensure compliance with project matrix

·            Ensure the proper use of reports and forms of all sorts as required for QA/QC reports on all aspects of the project.

·            Conduct quality inspections on all incoming functions on site and where necessary.

·            Join the periodical review meetings at site to discuss various quality management related issues and opportunities for system improvements.

·            Coordinate with site team, supervisors and sections units for all Quality related matters.

·            Liaise and control various QA/QC matters and works of sub-contractors, to ensure client’s satisfaction and quality of work produced.

·            Prepare mandatory reports as instructed of QA/QC matters in compliance company policy and clients recommendations and requirements.
